The complete form of ICU is called ICU, which stands for Intensive Care Unit. It is a distinct section of a hospital that offers patientssuffering with serious injury or illness with critically needed medications and a wide range of medical care. Patients suffering from the most serious or life-threatening illnessesor injuries that require constant and constant surveillance by a team of specialists, nurses and doctors are taken care of in the intensive care units.
